This is an old roadside motel that is family run. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Maid service occured on a daily basis. The price with tax was just under $50 per night. The TV service includes HBO, but the satellite dish did not always provide great reception. The bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart. The hot and cold handles on the sink and bath were reversed. The windows are single glazed, so you can hear a little road noise, but it did not affect a heavy sleeper.

I have been staying at the Manor Motel the past 28 years off and on with the same ownership running the motel,The Patels i must say they are wonderful people that always care about the customers needs, the rooms are clean and very economical i love there new sign as well great place to stay on a budget!

I loved my stay at the Manor Motel in Eugene Oregon the rooms were quite clean with new tv's, carpeting , swimming pool etc.. and the New Motel sign with the World Globe looks very nice, the friendly service was very delightful. I would reccomend this motel to anyone traveling to Eugene!
