This was a nice little clean room. Cheap, and when I left my sunglasses in the room, they saved them for me! |

My daughter was stranded in Bend due to car problems and most motels were full. Someone at Phoenix Inn actually recomended this motel saying it looks bad on the outside, but it's o.k and clean. My daughter called me after getting into her room saying there were several men hanging around who were leering at her when she went inside. The room had dirty towels for curtains, and wasn't just old, but smelled stale and moldy. They offered to move her to a different room and to their credit they did give her a refund. So, if you end up at the Rainbow, take a look at the room before you check-in to make sure you don't get in the "long term guest" section. |

| Very Odd |

After Motel room got raided by the Bend police force for a guest selling drugs we decided to accept our loss and leave with no refund. The carpet had stains and burns in it, the heater didn't work, and the entire room smelled like fish. After we complained the Motel clerk told us "no refunds, that's the policy" . We had only been in the room for 3 minutes when we asked for our money back. These people are sketchy at best. Very odd operation and horrible customer service skills.. Ruined our whole trip |

| Very clean, quiet, and close to town |
|
My husband and I always stay at the Rainbow Motel in Bend when we visit. It is very clean, quiet, close to town (a 10 minute walk)--and the price if great for our budget. If you don't need glitz--choose the Rainbow. |
