The staff (assistant manager and clerk) were the rudest, most unprofessional business people I have ever met. When we calmy presented the clerk, Christine, with complaints about the filthy condition of our room, she argued with us, and then began raging about how she only makes $7.50 an hour, has two children and doesn't need our "attitude". When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that she was out of the country and that there was no one else who could help us. Our weekend get-away turned into a nightmare, thanks to the Best Western Executive Inn of Grove City, Ohio.
