We booked this hotel with hotels.com and in spite of having the confirmation number from the internet reservation they did not have our reservation. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The hotel only had one room left and we had to settle for a room with only one bed. They did discount our room by $20.00. I am now reluctant to make reservations on line. When I do I will be calling the hotel directly to make sure they have our reservation. Other than that confusion, we had a great time that weekend (Blarney Bash). Lots of activities for kids and adults. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Such a big event, well organized and a good time had by all. The only reason I gave a rating of 8 was because of the aggravation at check in and I do not know if it was the fault of the internet company or the hotel. Thank you.
