I made a reservation for a NON SMOKING king bed. When I arrived, they gave me a smoking room and claimed they had no rooms available even though I made a reservation. The smoke smell in the room was unbearable. After an 8 hour drive to Columbus, I was forced to find a hotel room at 1am. The manager is very irresponsible. Before I left Columbus, I had one of the employees call her cell phone, copy my reservation, and contacted her again on her cell phone the following day. A week later, there is no contact from the manager and I was charged in full for the night I did not stay. Until this day, the manager has still not reached me. Please stay away from the this hotel unless u want to wander for another hotel at 1 am!

Great Pub If you like eating at Pubs - Barley's on High Street is great!! They have wonderful onion straws, burgers, soups - just a really great place. We usually eat there whenever we are in Columbus
