Returning to the Hotel at 1am, having travelled from Cleveland, I realised that I had lost my credit card. I needed to cancel it right away. I was in Ohio, my bank in Dublin, Ireland. How to find their phone number ? I decided to use the internet on the TV in my room. Having purchased the service, I found that the remote Keyboard would not work at all. I called reception and they send a security person up with new batteries. Still did not work. I called again, they sent security up with another keyboard. It did not work. Called again, they sent security up with a keyboard that worked. I found the phone number, cancelled my credit card. Why is this not a customer complaint ? It's because of the WAY your staff handled my problem. They stuck with it. They did not give up. They followed through to the end of the problem and fixed it. Then they credited my internet charge, as I only needed a phone number. I was very impressed & happy.
