I checked in the Westin Cincinnati hotel on 1\21\2004 at about 8:30pm. I was extremely disappointed in the service and quality!. I checked in room 907 after a long day of traveling and working. the room I checked into was unmade, the bed was dirty and there was garbage in the room. I called and waited over an hour for room service to come up to room. the made the bed and did not garbage. I ordered room service and they offered to pay for an $8 ceaser salad. the salad did not come until 10:30pm. it took close to hour even to get that to me. I got up in the morning and there was no soap or shampoo in the room. I have been a business traveler for 30 yrs and this was the worst service and quality I have ever seen and employees lack of interest to fix a problem. I just paid the bill and left and would not recommend the hotel to anyone. in fact I will recommend it as a place not to go.
