We were with the Specialty Tour group and I talked to Barbara -asking about medical treatment for my sister Lola Booth who had fallen earlier in the day and Barbara immediately assisted us with a call to her Dr and Terersa Oliver took over-taking us to that Dr's office and after the appointment picked us up to return to the Hotel. We needed to get to a drug store for supplies and she also drove us to Wendy's to pick up something to eat. All in all she couldnt have been nicer or more concerned. Doing all this made her late for going home I feel she went beyond the call of duty and we certainly appreciate all both ladies did to make a bad situation a bit better. My sister is now back to California and will see her own Dr hoping the broken wrist is healing. Again thanks Barbara and Terersa for all you did for us.
