dirty hotel ,nasty staff ,unanswered complaints by anyone in authority Nothing worked, including the internet, the pool& spa, the microwave, the maids, the treadmill, the manager, the lock on the back door- so anyone could wander into the hotel at any time. It is my belief that the main business of any lodging establishment is service and hospitality. Not only were these things sorely lacking, but just the opposite of these was our experience. The staff and mattresses were the nastiest I've ever encountered!!!!!!!!!

Eat at Lancaster's BBQ Can't be beat food in a NASCAR themed restaurant.
