What a Dump!!!

The place was a dump. They cancelled my reservations without my permission, then grumbled when they gave me a so called "better" room at the same price. The room stunk and was dirty. The blinds had fallen from the window. The room looked like someone had broken in with a lamp turned over and parts from the blinds scattered all over the room. The bathroom was gross, it did not look like it had ever been clean. The staff were rude. While talking to one man he got made and walked away. Latter he would not even talk to me. The best thing about this hotel stay was I left and spent the night at the Country Inns and Suites (which was much nicer at a better price)
