Coco Osteria for authentic Italian dining On the corner of Tryon St. and W. 5th Ave. is an intimite, casual Tuscan Italian restaurant called Coco Osteria. The Italian staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Be sure to ask for their recommendations -- they won't steer you wrong. Everything is freshly prepared by a talented chef. This is not an ideal restaurant for the kids, but it is highly recommended for adults who want to enjoy authentic Tuscan dishes.
