Worst hotel management ever!

I have never seen such unorganization and screw-ups until I had family stay in this hotel. Credit cards were wrongly charged and reservations were lost. I will never, ever refer family to this hotel again.

If you are visiting Asheville, spend a day downtown! I never realized how many cool locally owned shops and restaurants were here when I was planning my trip. You really need a whole day to experience it. Everyone is so friendly in Asheville, and this is a truely unique area!
