Beautiful grounds&pool
Gorgeous setting, new hotel, great pool, pleasant service, desks in room.
downside: No queen bed accommodations, must pay for internet service (like most pricey hotels), and no bathroom ventilation.
Nothing special for sophisticated travellers, but a great deal better than Asheville's other options.

Excellent and elegant hotel
I took my parents to this gem of a hotel and we were absolutely in heaven! We had already spent a few days in Williamsburg, Va (which was very tough on my elderly parents who cannot walk very well...not at all accomodating to seniors) and decided at the last minute to visit The Biltmore...we are so glad we did, it was so much better than Williamsburg!!! The hotel, staff, the Biltmore tour staff were all so helpful and hospitable. We loved this beautiful hotel and grounds and hope to visit again soon. They accomodate seniors very well, providing free wheelchairs, access to drive them right up to the front door of the estate, etc.
