| Terrible Mattress and Road Noise |
There was good and bad about my 3 night stay. First the good: A free shuttle service that picks you up and returns you to the airport. Plus the shuttle will bring you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Drivers aren't pushy but they like tips. Wait staff and clean up crew are very polite. Also nice toiletries each day after maid service. A pool with big beach towels poolside. A hot tub. Nice bar with large screen tv and reasonably priced menu. The BAD: The mattress in Room 430 was terrible. It sags on both sides. Plus the fluffy pillows were too high for my neck. I tossed and turned all night. The room is near a highway on ramp and noisy vehicles, firetrucks and police car sirens woke me thruout the night. Get a room on the other side. I'm writing the manager about this so maybe Room 430 will have a new mattress after that. |

| What a Dump!!! |
The place was a dump. They cancelled my reservations without my permission, then grumbled when they gave me a so called "better" room at the same price. The room stunk and was dirty. The blinds had fallen from the window. The room looked like someone had broken in with a lamp turned over and parts from the blinds scattered all over the room. The bathroom was gross, it did not look like it had ever been clean. The staff were rude. While talking to one man he got made and walked away. Latter he would not even talk to me. The best thing about this hotel stay was I left and spent the night at the Country Inns and Suites (which was much nicer at a better price) |
