Terrible experience & terrible hotel!
Terrible Service!! You can never imagine that many calls and one month can not get you a receipt, what you should have had when you checked out. I was so patient and made many cell calls and told them my fax number and explained the story each time. they complained that their guest lost the fax, however. Even they hung up the phone first. So rediculous!
They know how to charge you but get confused that they should give a receipt to their guest. I doubt if they know how to run a business!
Terrible terrible experience!
