| Thanks for the memories! |

Very nice - a wonderful establishment with touches of home. It was a great surprise to have wireless internet access in the mountains. A little hike, a little swim in the heated pool, a little web-surfing... nirvana! |

We are so thankful we happened to spot this motel. Beautifully laid out, nice homey touches in our room, most comfortable, with Dee-dee a charming hostess. |

What a pleasurable place to be. The beauty of the area is reflected right here. I have enjoyed years of relaxation here with a wonderful hostess. |

| I Will Be Back! |
|
The proximity to the High Peaks brought me here, the special treatment and "perks" will bring me back. The first-class towels, great water pressure in the shower were wonderful after a day of hiking. No phone or cell reception (aww, sorry boss!), but there was a phone available to guests (so I could check in with my real boss!) TV selection was limited, so I took an evening swim in the heated pool - which was much more appreciated. To my great surprise, there was free wireless internet access, so I could keep up with my e-mail. The complimentary continental breakfast was much nicer that was expected. The most delicious home-made pastries and fresh fruit. More surprises in the room were the microwave (with popcorn!), refrigerator, fresh flowers, and a filled candy jar. I will be back! |

| Ambiance, Tranquility |
|
As soon as I saw the filled candy jar in the room, I knew I was going to like this place. Then there was the fresh flowers in the bathroom (WOW!), but the thick, lush towels and hot shower won me over for life. My cell phone only worked three miles south (gee, the office couldn't reach me...), and while there was a phone available for guests, there was none in my room (I repeat,...). Options on the tv were limited, but after hiking in the high peaks, the aforementioned hot shower and lush towels were of greater importance. I will most certainly be back!! |
