One of the staff members was extremely rude to residents and other staff members. Not to mention extremely loud at ungodly hours of the night. I would not recommend this motel. My wife and I were in the Catskill to get some peace and relaxation. Our vacation started out horribly. We booked 4 days and 5 nights. My family only stayed only one night.
