Don't Go there.....
We recently stayed at this hotel and were disgusted with the service. The rooms were old and run down, the beds smelled of body odor and the over all place was horrible. On check out, the manager tried to over charge us and when. We confronted him. We were sworn at and told to get out and not to come back - A very rude and dishonest Place.

Awful
My husband and I have been going every Columbus Day weekend for 34 years with family and friends taking up most of the available rooms. We total over 100 people! Since Debbie has passed away, the place is a PIG STY! We were there this past holiday weekend with no heat in the motel rooms for Friday and Saturday. My husband and I are so sick with colds now here in Florida. My son and daughter-in-law complained and they were the only ones to get a $100 discount on the weekend. There were BUGS in our room and a dead mouse in the toilet of a friend who stayed there. The drapes are falling off the windows.....no privacy and the rugs are disgusting.

Heaven
I've been going there for 15 years. The first time I saw the area, I know that is where I wanted to live. My wife and I got married at the resort in 1996 by the waterfall. We are moving around the corner in August. Her family has been going to the resort since her mother was a child! Debbie (very sorely missed) and Richie have always treated us like family.
Our 2 twenty-something year-old kids started organizing their own weekends as well. The most wonderful people on earth, the most beautiful spot on earth! The most reasonable prices on earth! Only 90 miles from NYC- are you kidding me!

Best Place/Best food, Best Staff
I have been going to The Glen Falls House since 1981 and have spent many vacations with my children,grandkids and friends. I introduced many of my friends to GFH and they have been coming back for years and enjoy it immensely. So sorry that we lost our favorite hostess, Debbie. May she rest in peace - she was the BEST! Looking forward to coming up for Labor Day weekend and partying with our "old friends" that we see year after year.

Great service and staff
Glen falls house is my second home away from home..Debbie and Richie are the greatest people..they give you such a big welcome when you get there..I've been going there since I was 4 months old so lets see thats about 52 years.. My mom and dad went there for many years until they passed on..my children been going since they were born and now we bring my grandson ..we have brang so many guest with us and they had such a great time there and all returned back..great food great get away and meet great people..(rip) my dear friend)
