I came down from toronto for a few days and this place is a real find. Great rates and a small place that his free internet.

The rooms are dirty. The front door is locked all the time. Front desk operator barely speaks English. Hard to tell if he even understands it. Did I mention dirty rooms? Hairs on the pillows and sheets dirty bathroom. Wouldn't stay there again if they gave me money. 0 out of 10

Come to Rochester each month now for work and love staying here. It is nice, clean, has wireless internet, and much more reasonable prices then the franchises nearby.

Friendly staff and I really like the fact it has everything a chain does but no where close to the rate. Perfect for people who want a clean place with amenities on a budget.
