Wonderful Find
Come to Rochester each month now for work and love staying here. It is nice, clean, has wireless internet, and much more reasonable prices then the franchises nearby.

Excellent
Friendly staff and I really like the fact it has everything a chain does but no where close to the rate. Perfect for people who want a clean place with amenities on a budget.

Very Nice Place
I love this small quiet motel. Its reasonably priced and has just what I need. Highly recommend it.
