To begin with, I'll apply a -10 to my rating of 1(Worst)!! I wasn't expecting the Marriott, but the rates were close to it,I felt I was ripped off, the entire place had the look of a "Depression Era" flop house, the two bedroom I had was small, the outside window screen and the big hole in it was at least 15 years old and probably won't get fixed or replaced for another 15 years. The air conditioner worked on one setting, which was "FREEZING"! A clock radio was non existent, towels were as soft as "#50 grade sandpaper," it took sometime to adjust the water temp in the shower, the wrong adjustment would either freeze or scald!! A Continental Breakfast was mentioned, I saw none!! BTW, you're not allowed to have a friend, or friends, for a visit, the entire staff makes sure of it by watching you like a hawk 24-7!! The next time your in this area, I recommend the "Holliday Inn Express" located a few miles away on the Nesconset Hwy.

I was disappointed with my stay at this motel, which is a run-down place in need of a major overhaul. My room was dirty (towels/sheets were OK, but everything else was gross). 50 cents was stolen from my room on two occasions, and the people at the motel wouldn't believe me ('why would anyone take that money and leave your other things?;). The only good thing about this place is the free wireless internet.
