Couldn't pick a better summer retreat. They rent by month and by day. The beach is relatively clean, water is clean, view of sunrise on the left side is spectacular. Nearby state park is 5 minutes walk away. Lake is just gorgeous. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Reasonably priced. The only drawback in the garbage bin right in the center in front of the beach, in full view. What's up with that???

Room we stayed in wa a completely remodeled room with granite countertop and full kitchen .. a great bargain and right on the water. We brought our Kayaks and enjoyed the lake... with its own beach this place was superb!

Even though I only stayed for one night, it was really cool and the staff was really nice. They were very helpful and pleasant.

This motel could be spectacular - it is the ONLY motel that sits right on Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh - but the motel desperately needs some upgrading - new beds - new linens - new bathrooms - the owners should invest some money.
