What a Dump!
The web site is a joke. The pictures are not of the Hotel. The place has not been remodeled since 1940's. No towels in the rooms. Walls paper thin. Bed was hard as a rock with unclean sheets. Mold in shower. I felt more dirty after taking a shower then before.

Worst Ever
We stayed here in Oct.2007 and as I am searching for a room for the same time this year-this motel brought back horrible memories. Noisey, smelly, dirty bathrooms, broken light fixtures, broken table in room, disgusting rug in room, small old T.V. etc, Try to avoid this motel at all costs. This place should be closed down.

Musty dump
We stayed at this motel for 2 days and if I had seen the room before I paid I would have slept in my car. No refunds posted on office front door-I wonder why? Dirty rug, dirty shower, paper thin sheets, musty, damp smelling room, noisey from traffic going by, broken table, light fixtures missing, torn lampshades and I could go on. Stay clear of this place, drive to anywhere but here to stay.

Disaster...YUCK! YUCK!...
What a friggin' disaster!!!! I have never seen such a "HOLE"...dirty carpet, dirty rooms, filthy bedspreads, smelled like black mold! I've stayed in some real crappy places, but never ever have seen such a mess!!
We went for a Parents Weekend visit at St. Bonaventure and hoped to save a little by staying at this place...TAKE MY ADVICE: SPEND THE MONEY AND STAY AT A DECENT PLACE....
I am not kidding, I truly thought I would see mice and bedbugs during my visit.
The other local hotels wouldn't even suggest this hotel, though it was the only one in Olean that still had vacancy.
