Acceptable rooms and service. Hotel has a very antiquated elevator. We use this hotel as a stopover for flights out of Syracuse airport because they allow free parking for up to two weeks and a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

First of all, never book thru hotels.com! When I got to this hotel they had no reservation for me. I ended up paying twice for this room and when attempts were made to recover from hotels.com I got absolutely nowhere. Word to the wise, always book directly with the hotel that you are going to stay at. By the way, the quality inn in this case did nothing to help solve the problem.
