Dirty and unorganised
I took my wife to this Econo Lodge for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was the only hotel available in Niagara Falls NY, on that particular weekend. It was dirty and smelled. The bathrooms were disgusting and the carpet felt like it had been left outside for a week. The walls had stains from leaks. The whole place needed to be torn down and rebuilt. The staff was never anywhere to be found, not even when we tried to check in. The complimentary morning coffee never got made. For a major tourist city I would have expected a nicer place. I would not stay at this hotel again unless it was completely redone.
