Very Rude Staff, dirty rooms and odd credit card charge
Having a husband in the military we travel often, this being said I would consider this one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The staff seemed to go out of their way to be rude, the management at the restaurant could be considered inhumane and the rooms were definitely unsanitary. They also put a hold on our credit card when we reluctantly had to extend our stay plus the actual charge not releasing the hold. Needless to say our two hundred and forty six dollar stay had an additional hold of three hundren and fourteen dollars. Imagine our surprise. In all fairness they did correct this problem though it took phone calls and letters to make this right.

Recommend this hotel
I recommend this hotel.. this hotel had great prices and the service was great. The only bad things are that the rooms near the pool stink, and the Sunday buffet is to expensive.

Awful Hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!
During the middle of winter, we were placed in a room near their 'indoor pool'. The room REEKED of chlorine, a scent that didn't fade for awhile. Then, the television didn't work. When I checked its cord I realized the outlets were installed UPSIDE down. I called the front desk and was moved to another room which was better however, it was about 40 degrees in the room and the heat took about 2 hours to warm the room up. A rip off, the service at the front desk was also not the kindest either. She looked at me and my mother like we were up to something when we were tired and didn't want to drive home! All in all, the hotel really was the pits and the price was 89$ a night w/ surrounding hotels at prices of 50. Awful place. Awful service. Perhaps February is not their best time of year, but it still helps to be courteous.

Great Staff, Rooms were nice
This is a very nice hotel, reasonably priced and allows pets. Our Room had a coffee maker, hair dryer and refridgerator. Shampoo, conditioner, coffe, etc was furnished. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great. Indoor pool was wonderful. This hotel has it's on dining room and had live music on Saturday night. I highly recommend.
