Warm and Welcoming
My family and I stayed here for 10 days to see the New Year in Times Square. Excellent location, large room, friendly staff and good amenities. Very clean and modern with good views from both windows. Lovely food in their restaurant and nice drinks in the bar.

It was great
I loved every minute of being in New York It was great. The hotel staff were nice not to mention spotting a celeb in bar 10 (thats in the hotel)
and its so true that the beds are heavenly even more so if you have been traveling for 8 hours.
Plus the room I stayed in as a double was fairly big and comfy anyway who needs a big room your too busy hitting the shops and bars I suggest that when you come out of your hotel you go right rather than left which is rather dicey.

Small Rooms No Windows
Upon check in to what looked like a promising hotel by the elaborate lobby, we found ourselves in a room smaller than any I have ever seen in New York City with literally a sliver of a window that you had to climb behind a chair and over a lamp to glipse a view of the building next door through. Even at noon all light were blazing to provide even a modicum of lighting in our cramped quarters. Second day after much complaining, we were moved to a larger corner room with wondows for a much larger price! P.S. I am an ELITE Preferred Guest!!!
