| Bed Bugs, Mice, Nightmare |

This hotel is the worst, dirty bed bugs, really unfriendly, unhelpful staff (like most of New York). Tiny rooms, dirty beds, broken windows... Did have a TV and fridge, but they should sell them and pay better cleaners and people to get rid of the bugs! Really not recommended to anyone, particularly those with children or older people (or anyone who doesn't like sleeping in dirty beds with bed bugs). |

| Filthy rooms with bedbugs and cockroaches |

The staff are quite friendly and the location OK, but the rooms are tiny, poorly maintained, the beds are worn out and uncomfortable and several of our party found their rooms infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. Electrical and other fittings are requently broken, missing or appear dangerous. Unless they refurbished it, I wouldn't ever want to set foot in this place again. |

We stayed the last week for 9 days at this hotel and enjoyed the whole new york trip so much that we (Claudia and me) would like to say THANKS for their kindness and organisation (espacially the nice women behind the desk)! |
