Service OK Safety no good
We stayed at the hotel at thanksgiving for 5 nights. Great location. Fine service by the concierge. To bad that the rooms are not safe. From our room a new Ipod was stolen. we left our second key at the room, staff said that there were no illegal entrants at the room! How come the brand new ipod was missing??? The service on this part was below standard!

Brilliant
My wife and I (UK expats) stayed in the Towers for 8 nights. It was absolutly brilliant, could not fault the hotel, service etc. Stayed in many hotels around the world but the New York Palace beats them all.
Very well situated for most things. Dining at the New York Palace is excellent but you must try the restaurant next door, great food, large portions and excellent service.
