Worst hotel, ever!
This is the worst experience you can get in NY. Tools was left in the rooms, someone was there when I got in, there's no windows, it's dirty, I didn't sleep all night because someone was phoning in my rooms saying that my line was disconnected, it's a very unsafe place to stay. When I phoned front desk to asked what was going on with the phone line they hang up on me, yap! Very comforting.

We changed hotels...
We arrived quite late in the evening but couldn't bring ourselves to stay the night. The bath was dirty, as was everything else. The heating was on under the floor but so was the air con!?! The first room they gave us had tools left in there. There was no plug for the bath. We didn't want to take our shoes off. We ended up staying at the Essex Westin on Central Park! Polar opposite, but with the price tag to match!!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
It was scary & unfriendly. The window was broken & they fixed it with a stick. The breakfast sucked. IU was affraid to walk on the carpets barefoot. Found bed bug on last day. Window broken in bathroom. The "suite" was tacky & should have cost only $50 a night motel rates. I would not even recommend this to my worst enemy!! Spend the extra & stay somewhere better!

Infestation, mice and insects! Rooms VERY dirty, electricity a bit iffy, some rooms very hot, others freezing, holes in windows, noisy air con. BUT good location, and nice breakfast.

Shit Hotel - avoid at all costs
This hotel is filthy, lift door broken, room door didnt lock, toilet blocked, window cracked and many more reasons never to go there. Only stayed one night after arriving at 11pm at night checked out at 7am next day. went to stay at Edison Hotel in Times Square and would go back there any time. STAY AWAY!
