Stayed here 4 days . TV terrible even after "technician" fixed it. Not all towels were changed every day. Comforted dirty. When washed last? Smoking room "converted" into NON smoking stinks! Very imported 5 messages NOT relayed to us.Very disturbing. Front desk clerks seem very bored with their job,as in don't bother me. Front doormen greatest asset. Rather sad for 4 star?? Hotel. Location only plus point.

We stayed at the Millennium Broadway from 25th June to 2 July 2006 and were overjoyed at the services and standard of this hotel. It is centrally placed at 2 minutes walk to Times Square with all mid-town Manhattan being easily accessible. The quality and cleanliness of our room was matched only by the fantasic view we had from the 37th floor. Every facility we required was available and we felt completely comfortable and almost at home. Some hints if you find the prices in hotel restaurant and bar a little too pricey you only have to walk a few yards or less from the front or back of the hotel at 44th and 43rd streets to eat at spotlessly clean Deli with delicious and economically priced meals available all day and evening. Having visited as many New York famous places as possible in such a short time by using the subway, again accessible at Times Square, it was very rewarding to know that you were returning that evening to 4 plus star hotel with friendly and always helpful staff. Well done Millennium Broadway Hotel and thank you for the complemintary celebration bottle of wine on arrival and also for a wondereful and rememberable 40th wedding anniversary holiday.

When we arrived at this hotel, we were more then surprised when they checked us in (early) and the room was very impressive. We had views of Chrysler Bldg., Empire State Bldg., Times Square, and even the river. It was so quiet in our room we opened the window to hear the NYC sounds. Windows were huge. Bed was extremely comfortable (king) with a wonderful cozy blanket in the closet with extra pillows. Bathroom was marble from the ceiling down to the floor. Had minibar, coffee maker w/coffee, complimentary water, and flat screen TV. We heard no sounds from the hallway or through the walls. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better either. We would come back to this hotel without any doubts. Thank you to all the Millennium Broadway staff for making us feel special!

High life in The Big Apple

Think about it. You have a dream break planned. Just a few days but youv'e got to get it right. The destination, the dates and yes, the budget. All the best deals are found on the web, fine but it can be misleading as to what you are actually buying into. I need not have worried. Sure there were other hotels slightly cheaper, but whats a few dollars more to ensure the best.
From check-in to check-out all I can say that our stay at the Millenium Broadway was a runaway sucess. There was the staff who smiled and chatted and practically jumped in the taxi with us to make sure we reached where ever. There was the bar,laid-back and again with the most friendly people for company. Now, I don't know about you but my wife and I are creatures of simple taste so the restaurant although busy was kinda beyond what we wanted food-wise. The menu was wide-ranging but I thought pictched at a certain Broadway clientele and with prices to boot.
It was our intention to use the hotels' associated leisure facilities and when we checked-in the reception told us to simply 'pick up the phone and leave the rest to us'!
Now here comes the best bit. This was to be our first visit to the USA. A very special, once in a life-event and as I said, had to be just right.Having booked the hotel painlessly on-line, some weeks later my wife and I watched a travel review of Manhatten in awe of the sky-line etc. Some weeks later I email the hotel to find out if I could possibly have a room with a view of the Chrysler Building and left it at that. So we arrive on sunny sping day, we get to this hotel slap, bang on Time Sq and then.....as if our jaws hadn't dropped enough we were shown to our room that seemed in the heavens, whereupon the bell boy slowly rolled back the curtains of this darken room to reveal a view of Manhatten that will stay with us until we die. The Chrysler taking centre stage. We both gasped and the bell boy left laughing again saying 'just pick up the phone if you need something'.
For anyone wanting a prime hotel on what must be one of the beat locations on the planet,do yourself a favour. Just book the Millenium.
As I said to the consierge on our departure 'see you soon', I meant it.

For the last 3 years now we have been staying at the Millennium Broadway NY for New Years week. It is a very comfortable, Luxurious, and just down right wonderful hotel to stay at when in NY. The convenience, service, and friendly staff makes the whole experience that much enjoyable. Every time we leave we manage to say good bye to our favourite bellhops and tell them "we will see you next year". Believe it or not the same bellhops are still there...So we know they love it there too. Enjoy!

The room was comfortable with great views. The lack of a lobby, however, was a serious drawback. Instead of a lobby there was a walkway for people to use from one street to another to avoid the cold. Another drawback was the restaurant, which for its fare is absurdly overpriced. The intent of an eating establishment should be to keep guests in, not force them out.
