Worst Hotel Stay Ever

STAY AWAY FROM THE NOT-SO-JOLLY-MADISON! This was the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. The customer service was the most unfriendly and the staff was unable/unwilling to resolve the problem with my stay. If you go, be prepared for a tiny room with maintenance issues and nobody to answer your calls for assistance.

We spent a very pleasant 3 nights here, breaking our rail trip from southern New Jersey to upstate Vermont. This quiet and well run hotel is very conveniently situated, with the main tourist and cultural sights in central Manhattan within easy walking distance, and with public transport nearby. The restaurant offered excellent quality and service. The room was a bit on the small side but that's typical for this location. Overall, the hotel was good value and we will certainly consider staying there again.

Nice quiet and well located hotel

The Jolly Madison Towers Hotel in New York is a nice quiet and well located hotel. It is in the center of the city and from there you can walk to almost everywhere. It has one splendid thing: chinese masseuse - you can feel the benefits with just one session. The food is very nice and the service is OK. About the lodgment there's two experiences at the Jolly Madison Towers Hotel: the standard and the upper rooms. When you try the upper rooms you begin to feel really well. And you wish to come back.

This hotel is in great location for doing all the New York sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly.After a hard day site seeing the bar is just wonderful to relax in and take a beer or two.
