Beautiful Rooms but ABSENT Staff
The rooms were new,modern and well equipped for both business and leisure!The staff was non-existent and as cold as the streets of NY in winter anytime we needed assistance with anything.

Spacious Rooms & Well Located
Have stayed at Hilton Times Square on business trips over a period of about three years. I like the large, comfortable rooms and the king-sized beds. The location is also excellent (42nd St.), as are the security arrangements. Strongly recommended for business and leisure stays.

Comfortable with great location
Great views and a good location, the Hilton Times Square offered a comfortable place to stay in the heart of New York City’s Times Square. The room was clean, spacious and provided an excellent view of the city. Atmosphere at the hotel was nice with a contemporary, upscale feel. Desk staff was not as helpful as I have experienced at other hotels in the past – that is the only reason I do not give the absolute best rating.
