No Ways!!
Stinking, rough location, it's more like fawlty towers than anything else. The curtains were a fetching shade of yellow and the bathroom decor left a lot to be desired with cracked bathroom tiles and an obnoxious looking stain under the base of the toilet - didnt even want to investigate this further! The view was not to be recommended - my outlook was a brick wall. The staff couldnt have given a stuff about you and were rather surly. People were sleeping rough near the hotel and there was human excrement on the pavement. Id rather stay in Baghdad under fire thanks very much!

Its a different world
All the staff in the hotel where very friendly. The night staff where a great help when it came to finding places to go and how to get there in the evenings. The room was always clean and cool.

What a pleasant surprise!
Our experience with this hotel was outstanding. The rooms are clean and the air conditioner kept us cool. Emily and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and treated us like family. This will be our place to stay every time we are in the city. We highly recommend this hotel. A+
