| From Disappointing to Pleasant |

I booked the Hotel because I knew about his reputation from an old relative who had been one of your faithful guests of your hotel in the past. I booked through the web, however I will never again go through that method. As soon as arrived and for a few days after, we had the most uncomfortable, small and gloomy room we ever experienced in an hotel. Finally a
normal room became available looking at the front of the hotel and our stay became more pleasant. We found the staff very kind and helpfull, the atmosphere quite pleasant and the location wonderful. We did not have a very pleasant and welcoming experience with the staff of your restaurant. As a matter of fact, after the first 2 attempts, we decided to go elsewhere for our breakfast.
The bar was quite pleasant and we often enjoyed our evening drinks there.
This is quite sincere, even if at times harsh evaluation of your hotel. Personally I would stay there again, not so my husband. |
