I have stayed in the majority of hotels/motels in montauk for the past 15 years. This place has by far been the worst experience of all. The rooms are tiny. the price is on the high end of average. Worst of all bar/resturant is extremely noisy. Especially at night from high local traffic, where the party will "continue until the last person leaves" which could be 4am. Hotel management is not available after 11p, so any noise complaints will have to go to the local police. good luck ...
