We stayed in the motel the end of Dec. 2008. We had the tiniest bathroom with a shower only. The vanity was not in the bathroom at all but in the room. There was no fan (= zero ventilation) or heating in the bathroom. No hair drier. We had to go out and buy one to avoid catching pneumonia in the morning. The maid did not leave any clean towels one day. The fridge was so small that it was practically useless. The microwave was on top of the fridge and under the coat rack so we had to remove our coats from the rack to be able to use the microwave. The heater was so loud that I could not sleep at all. When the heater kicked in at night, it was like having a tractor trailer parked in the room and with the motor running. No shampoo either. You need to bring your own. No breakfast (like in the Econolodge across the street), just coffee. If we ever decide to go to the Titus mountain to ski again, we will be staying in the Econolodge like our friends who got a bigger room, a nice, decent size bathroom, a quieter room heater, plus breakfast for the same amount of money.

Clean, comfortable and reasonable rates. Close to downtown Malone, restaurants, golf club and Super K-Mart!! Excellent service. Will return and would highly recommend this property to future travelers in the Malone area.
