This hotel is divided into 2 different buildings. The low-rise side is disgusting!! Dirty, bugs, rodents, depending on which room you get. This building has been slated for tear down for a long time but due to permit problems, the work still has not been done. In the meantime the owner has put no effort into keeping up these rooms and they should be avoided. The prices are NOT commensurate with the product. However, if you are willing to pay more, the "tower" rooms across the street are very nice. Newly re-done and updated. Quieter and more secure as well. "Attitude" from the front desk personnel can be a problem but generally if you treat them right they will return the same. They are not responsible for the problems in the bad building, but areusually willing to at least try to accomodate should problems arise there.
