This is one of the best places you will ever stay if you are going for a relaxing vacation. The folks that own the place are the best. They do everything in their power make to your vacation wonderful. We have been going for years. We love the lake and go out in canoe or kayak everyday. It is a beautiful area!

The owners are the absolute nicest people and whatever you need they accomodate. This place is retro and lovely. every year they redo and add more to the place. they have done a lovely job with the place since they purchased it. I have a blast every time we stay. We stay here at least 6 or more times through out the year. we love it.

I have no idea how this place has not been closed by the health dept...It is covered in mold...Black mold an inch thick in the shower...There was a shower "door" that was also covered in mold. The rooms reaked of mold and mildew...The furniture has not been updated since 1950...The mattresses had to be at least 40 years old as well..We were not expecting much..just a clean room to spend the night on the lake. We knew this was a "roadside" motel but never could have anticipated this. We wound up leaving around 8pm afraid to sleep in the beds that also appeared to be from 1950 and unclean..I dared look under the mattress for bedbugs etc...We had originally requested another room but it was exactly the same...AVOID!!!!!!!!

Steve and his family did a fantastic job with the motel. Service, rooms, the view of the lake, the surroundings, just great. Would highly recommend the Lake Luzerne Motel. Will come back, again and again.

The room was excellent. The view, breathtaken. The owners, couldn't have been nicer. Fantastic time, will go back again. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been going to Lake Luzerne Motel for 6yr (3x every other year), and it is the most relaxing and clean enjoyable vacation I've EVER been on!!! My girls play and swim and we all just enjoy the peacefulness. The owner is out of this world Friendly!!!! She makes you feel right at home and like you've been friends with her for years.

Away from the hustle and bustle

For the past four years my husband and I have stayed at the Lake Luzerne motel during Americade. What a view!!! It is only a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Lake George yet it's a world away. What a tranquil spot. The owner couldn't be nicer(she's rides too!). We look forward to going again this June and realxing by the lake. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a little R&R.
