| Very Comfortable & Nice Location, Nice People!!! |

We showed up without reservations..they accomodated us...put us in a really great room at really great rate...kids liked it so much...we stayed for the whole week...they accomodated that as well!!! Thanks..Debbie!!! Sure there's a few nuances...we've travelled all over the place...there always are!!! We looked around the area pretty thoroughly before staying here!! We made the right choice!! Really easy to get around from here as well. Near to all the things you want to do in LG !! We'll be back !!! |

The room was dirty - hair around the bathroom floor, sink, & tub; dozens of dead bugs by the window sill; damaged furniture; dirty table top; strong mildew smell that they tried to drown out with cleaning products; etc. Around the pool area, balconies, even the staircase to the front desk you could find hundreds of spider webs. This all took away from the beauty of Lake George. And frankly it made me not want to touch anything. I couldn't even go outside to enjoy my personal balcony cuz the furniture was filthy and the webs took over the place. Lastly, the 'private sandy beach' that they advertise is very small and the pool desperately needed to be cleaned. |

Clean rooms, but could use a bit of sprucing up inside and out. Handy to the Town of Lake George. Minor toilet handle problem was fixed immediately. Friendly employees. |
