Great people, and prices.
Fran Cove is without a doubt the best deal in the Lake George area. The staff are great, the rooms are nice, and clean, the grounds are picturesque, and the prices are about the best I've found anywhere. If Fran Cove is open, I won't stay anywhere else! My kids love the playground and pool, the wife and I like the BBQ grills which allow us to save cash on meals, and have good quality time with the kids.

Excellent Service
My husband, myself, and our 3 children stayed and had a fabulous time. They have the convenience of the trolley to avoid driving, rooms are very clean and inviting, and Linda and Tim are superb hosts. Very helpful w/directions and discounts for Great Escape. Very pleasant atmosphere and we will be returning for many years to come!!!

Amazing Family Experience
The Fran Cove offers everything you look for in a motel, great accomadations at an amazing price. I have stayed there with my family for over 10 years now and I would never stay anywhere else in the Lake George Area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the location of the motel is perfect. If you are traveling with your kids there is no better place, with plenty of activities for them to enjoy on the premises. An all-around great motel.

Good Value/Clean
The Fran Cove is a clean motel in a quiet area. Their prices are reasonable. There are no surprises; you do get what you would expect. You will not be overwhelmed, but you will not be disappointed.
