The Best Place To Stay
My family and I started coming to the briar dell when I was 10, and I'm 16 now, and I love it. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. The briar dell has brought us many laughs and many friends, everyone who goes to and works at the briar dell are so nice and welcoming. As we ride down Lake Shore drive just seeing the briar dell sign u get a feeling that I couldn’t even describe. the view of both the lake and mountains is amazing once you see them you feel as if you are where your supposed to be that all the problems that you faced during the year its all ok because you made it through and that’s the best feeling you can get... A true feeling of relaxation and relief.

We have been coming down for years
My Husband as a kid went down for years and then when we started dating we started going in 1997 and then eventually the rest of the family started to come, now that we have a family of our own we can not ask for a better place to stay. We strongly recommend the Briar Dell. This is a very family and relaxing place to be. The people that come here are very nice.

Family Tradition
We discovered Briar Dell 6 years ago and now plan an annual trip with families we met there. We watch our kids grow together and have hosts who appreciate why we're there!

Simply The Best
I’ve got almost thirty years of wonderful experiences at The Briar Dell. George and Nancy are wonderful. The view down the lawn is probably as healing as any in the world. I’ve done a hell of a lot of traveling, and the Briar Dell is as near to home as it ever gets when I’m away. Nothing fancy at all, but peaceful, friendly and wonderful.

We Love Briar Dell
We've been staying there for about 3 years. Everytime we go, George and Nancy go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. The cabins are comfy and clean and give a sense of home. Every year when we pull into that parking lot, a huge weight is lifted off our our shoulders and it's amazing. The prices are excellent. Their dock is great for fishing and swimming. We love it there and will continue to go back as long as we can!!
