Affordable clean room . After searching for 1 and a half hours we came across this place and this is Lake George,s best kept secret. Nancy and Mike welcomed us like we were family and gave us ideas to do in town and a great place to have dinner.
The room was very clean, grounds were beautiful, nice pool and you cant beat the price!!
We will definatly be back.

I found Blue moon randomly when searching for a palce for my family to stay for a few nights while in Lake George. I met the owner Robert, he showed me a room, gave me a great price, and was extremely hospitable. We got a great rate, the rooms were clean, we could take the trolley into town and leave our car, despite what others said about noise, I found it to be quiet, relaxing and all around a great time. Definitely going back next year!

Contrary to their website offering a relaxing location ideal for families or older couples, we had a horrible night. We were lodged next to a room full of twenty somethings who partied loudly until 3:30 AM when we were finally able to get management response. Our phone was unplugged and we had to go out to the office to locate a contact number. Three phone calls were required and upon their reponse the woman informed the partiers that we in the next room had complained. We could have overlooked the unclean premises but that put us over the edge. If you're looking for a relaxing place - steer clear. If you're looking for an all night party that just might be where to head!

We stumbled upon the blue moon while looking for a motel in lake george. If your looking for a nice atmosphere thats close to everything without the noise and teenagers this is the place. Tom did a great job of making us feel welcome and the breakfast/ coffee were a great treat to start the morning. The pool is clean and away from the road and the room smelled nice and the beds we comfortable rates were outstanding
