As someone who has driven cross country twice, I'm pretty confident that I have a fair sampling of hotels. This was the first time I ever checked out of a hotel mid stay. I didn't last 2 hours. The room smelled awful and actually gave me a headache. The furniture was tattered, I've seen nicer stuff on the curb at bulk pick up. There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. When I called to complain I wasn't even offered the option of changing rooms. Never again... |

| A very nice place to stay |
|
I was very satisfied with the new rooms. Clean linens, new carpets and beds in my room. The entire motel has been redone. It has a great swimming pool which my grandchildren are enjoying. This is the best hotel at the best price in the entire Kingston, NY area. |

| Great new rooms-all redone!! |

All of the rooms have been redone with new beds, new carpets, etc. A great place at a great price. |

| Could not have been worse |

This place was horrible. Our room smelled like beer, when we complained, they did not seem to care. The sheets were stained, the TVs didn't come in well. Would have rather slept in the car. |
