what a surprise!

I drive I-90 for business and always passed this place (you can see it from the highway). When the chain I always use in Utica was filled, I took a chance on this independent. What a nice surprise to find super clean updated rooms with a super pool, fitness room, really decent complimentary breakfast, nice staff, they had everything the chains have without the price! Very reasonable, very very clean, clerk said they are going through a total re-hab.. 2nd generation of the same family that built it in the 60's.. I will return,especially for the pool! (it was just the thing on a hot steamy day)
