| Honeymoon from hell |

This was the worst place that I ever stayed in. I had reserved a smoking, king sized jacuzzi suite for my honeymoon night at a decent rate outside of Macon, GA in a town of Byron. When we arrived at 10:30P. They gave us the key and we were on our way. We got to the room and there was a big sign on the outside that said "NO SMOKING". This was the first hint that we were in for a horrible night. When we went back to the desk the elderly woman gave us another key. This one was actually a smoking room. However when we went in it smelt of mold and the jacuzzi looked like it was stolen out of someones yard. Me and my new wife were tired of fighting it so we decided to just warm up the jacuzzi and relax for our next leg of our trip. However there wasn't a drop of hot water. Later to find out no hot water in the shower either. Instead of complaining I let the water out of the jacuzzi and started to bed. Before bed, I had to use the small bathroom. | Scary place |

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The people at the desk were very rude and scary. I got so uncomfortable wit the way the guy was looking at me, I refused to check in. They then threatened to call the cops on me. I got out of there quickly |

| Terrible |

I reserved this hotel 3 weeks in advance, and called to confirm the reservation the day before I arrived. When I got there, they said they only held my reservation until 6:30 (it was 8) without a credit card number. I was unaware of this rule, because neither person I spoke to mentioned it, and no one ever asked me for a credit card number. Long story short, they stranded me without a place to stay, at night in a town where all the hotels had no vacancy. This hotel not only has bad business practices, but that acted in bad faith by not honoring my reservation. |
