Great Vacation Spot for Family and Friends

We literally stumbled across Wolff's as we were looking for a new vacation resort for our family and friends. We immediately loved how clean it was and how much time the owner took with us planning the arrangements for the followig year. We were not disappointed as everyone had a great time. We made our own fun during the day but each evening there was music, bingo, horse racing, karoake, movies etc. Our rooms were cleaned almost immediately upon leaving for breakfast and the food at both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Seconds were even welcomed at every meal! Needless to say we had a great time and the owners were so flexible and open to any new ideas. We even made arrangements already for next summer and several other families book with us based on our recommendations without even being there with us this year. A hidden gem in the Catskills for sure!!!

Great Family Resort

I went to Wolff's with my family as a child. I went back twenty years later with my children and they loved it as much as I did. I plan on making this a regular trip so my children can have the memories I have.

Great Romantic Vacation

I just got back with my boyfriend from a great romantic getaway. We got there before and checked in. Our room was a little cabin by the lake. We went to dinner where they sat us alone. The food was good. It wasn't 5 star, but very good, and all you can eat. They we were able to walk around there property. That night we went to the bar for some dancing. Then spent a few hours outside admiring the onderful sky. The next day we got up for a great breakfast. Then were able to do what we wanted. Alot of activities were availble, and there were little cute towns for shopping close by. We're planning on going back this fall.

A Great Catskill Vacation

Wolff's is a fantastic Catskill vacation, with the emphasis on "Catskill". It's not Disneyland or Sandals, so if you're like the poster below and don't know the area and what in general it has to offer, it's kind of unfair to rate Wolff's so low, sort of like going to the French Quarter in New Orleans and bitterly complaining that there were no kiddie rides! I've been coming here for twenty years and it's a gorgeous property, with license-free fishing (a huge plus!), hearty food, all you can eat, fresh air and a very laid back atmosphere. Frankly, I think it's the best place for miles around for a relaxing family vacation, *especially* in that particular area, which has been depressed as of late, but Wolff's management has maintained the grand traditions of the old days, with lots of class and style. For that alone, they get a 10 from me.

Great place for your group of Friends or Family

My family and I have been going up for years! It's such a nice vacation. Every morning you get up to a big all you can eat breakfast. They go back to your room, where is't already being cleaned for you. Then you get ready for the pool. Fill a small cooler with you beverage ..... and look, today they have Karoake by the pool, what fun. Sun, fun and music, what more can you ask? Fishing? Boating? Volleyball? Even on rainy days you can hag out with your group and play some games. If you get a little hungry, they have a nice affortiable snack shop where you can fill up for less then a drive thru. And is it good, it's great! Then your off .... to where you ask? Maybe to shower and go to town for a little shopping. Or you can get ready for a little happy hour. Come On People, lets get happy! Sometimes they have cheese, other times some sweedish meatballs! But with the drink specials, it's great! Then is over to the dining hall for a filling meal. Now I'll be honest, it's not 5 star, but it's always good. Especially steak and sunday night!! Then is back to your room to get ready for the night. Always something going on there Music, dancing, BINGO. Maybe get a card game going with some friends, they have a card room. HEY, but if it's not your thing, I like to go to the Drive In which is a few miles away. I love it, rain or shine. Hope you do to!

Great food and staff

We first went up to Wolff's in June of 2006, and even though the weather wasn't the best, the owners still made our experience a good one. We returned in August and had both good weather,great food and an all round good time. They have different activities every night for all ages such as bingo, horse racing, an ESP entertainer, movies for the kiddies, d.j's, etc. The food is excellent with three choices of meals each evening..not to mention the desserts! Breakfast is varied, with eggs and meat offered each day, along with cereals, and pancakes or french toast, and tea coffee and choice of juices. The staff, both waitresses, and cleaning lady are very efficient and friendly; and the owners are always ready to answer any questions. I believe the price is a fair one,and there is alot to do for all ages, a beautiful pool, several ponds with rowboats and paddleboats to peruse at no additional charge, also mini golf and horse shoes, a tennis court, and playground for the kiddies

This place was horrible...It was old, dreary, disgusting and boring. Me and my boyfriend were very upset and spent most of our time away from this so called resort. Stay Away!!!

Not worth the money

This is not a resort as they make it out to be. To start they have no life guard for the pool. They hold not supervised activities for the children. Bring your own bathroom supplies because they give you the minimum and there is no way to get more because the owner/caretakers are not reachable. They have no customer service or anyone to get in touch with in case of an emergency. It smelled very musty everywhere you went. There is just to many negatives to list so I'll stop there. I guess thats why they don't take credit card. Once they have your money it belongs to them. The food is nothing to write home about-edible at best. The only thing that was ok was the room it was somewhat clean..but very rustic and outdated. Beware your money is better spent at a more reliable place where you can find people who work there and don't steal your money.

I've been going to Wolff's Maple Breeze for 14 years and every year I enjoy it more and more. There are many activities, great food, and great people. Going to Wolff's Maple Breeze is always something that I look forward to in the summer and I would recommend that people of all ages should visit.
