Hutch's: the best restaurant in Buffalo? Hutch's is an excellent restaurant on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo (a quick 15-minute drive from airport hotels). The menu is eclectic and impressively extensive; I've seen the place described as "bistro-style," which in practice seems to mean a range of steaks and seafood alongside more innovative small plates. The cheese-stuffed poblano peppers I had as a small plate were rich and tasty, with tangy sauces; my main dish, a tuna filet served "sashimi-style" (flaky on the outside, rare on the inside) was delicious even when not enhanced by the soy-based dipping sauce. My friend also raved about her duck salad and her risotto. Service was attentive and the room is cozy. Prices range widely, from around $10 for a small plate, sandwich, or salad to $30+ for steaks and seafood entrees. My fellow diners--locals who hadn't been here before--were impressed by the place and said they found it to be among the best restaurants in the area.

We booked a one bedroom suite with two double beds in it and it was perfect for my husban and I and two teenage kids - 13 (boy) & 15 (girl). The couch pulled out into a double bed and the linen was already in the room to make up the couch did not even have to make the call to the front desk.
appreciated the fact that the vanity was outside of the shower and toilet area so that my daughter and I could get ready while the guys showered and you did not feel like you were hogging the bathroom.
The full kitchen area was sweet when you have constantly starving teens who could fend for themselves away from home too.
Only negative comments is the breakfast it is what I call a "shiny" breakfast. There could have least been an orange, banana, grapefuit some kind of fruit available and yogurt would have been nice. Way too much starch - bagels, bread, donoughts, cereals - get the drift.
