| Worst motel in Bolton Landing |
|
I stayed there with my family last year, and will never go back. The place has not been renovated for ages. Our room was dirty and smelled of dogs, beds were very uncomfortable, and the shower wasn't working properly. But the worst was the owners' attitude. They were very unpleasant, unfriendly, and behaved as if we were not welcomed to stay at their motel. Also, extremely overpriced for what they have to offer! I will never recommend this place to anybody! |

| Stay here frequently |
|
My wife, me & our dog have been coming here for the last 6 years. It's clean, nice location, great view. The proprietors have always been accommodating to our needs. We brought our children &grandchildren last year. Twin Bay helped by getting all of us near each other. We also look forward to meeting new people and many of the same people who come to Twin Bay year after year. Thanx to Twin Bay for many memorable vacations. |

| Slum Lords of Lake George |
|
We rented a cabin for 7 days but left after 3 and lost our money. I understood why they only accepted cash after we paid. The place smelled like cats, the toilet did not work, the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor, and the shower overflowed (I was told it had to be plunged). The beach is a boat dock. I tried to explain our issues to one of the owner’s daughters or daughter-in-law she had a bad attitude; not accommodating at all.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

| Terrible Place to Stay |
|
Cramped quarters, minute beach, terribly noisy, obnoxious propritor, WAY over priced, cottages are reminescent of dog houses. There are so many other places on the lake that are much more beautiful and much more reasonable, with A LOT more to offer. |

Management Response from Tamara, Manager I am writing in response to the March vacation, this review should be taken off our review, reason being that Twin Bay Village never was and never has been open in March. The person writing has made a mistake on the name of the property they stayed or is writing a bad review to drop our ratings. |

| Great for Family Vacations |
|
We stayed at the hotel for a week and we loved it. It's a great place for a family with children, they have a small pool for infants and very young kids, and the beach area is flat. The rooms are very clean. We walked into town almost everyday it's only about 1/2 miles or less, the staff was very helpful and freindly. I will stay here with my family again when I come to Lake George. |
