Froze my [--]off, in this dirty little place with no fridge, or microwave.
When I called the desk I was told the heat was on.
The people next to me also complained.
When I asked for a discount, I was told to leave or she would call the cops.
I had to leave to go to work, otherwise I would have stayed to fight this out for myself as well as the other guests.
Now I have a cold, I'm out fifty bucks
wich she took as cash with no receipt or taxes.
