Terrible Experience

The owner of this motel is out of control. She knew we had a service dog coming, approved and confirmed weeks ahead. She yelled at us the whole night. About the dog, where we parked, garbage. We were in tears by night fall. Then she charged us twice what we were quoted and even more for the dog. This was a terrible start to a nice vacation.
